Bagels & Trout Lox
Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
- 4oz cold-smoked trout lox
- Preferred bagels
- Cream cheese, preferably whipped
- 1 red onion
- 1 handful of chives
- Capers
- Olive oil
- Salt & pepper
Preparation:
- Remove cold-smoked pack from the fridge and let sit for 15 minutes
- Toast bagels until golden
- Slice red onion into thin rings
- Smear cream cheese on top of bagel and add slices of cold-smoked
- Top with onion slices, chives and capers
- Drizzle olive oil and season with salt & pepper to taste
- Enjoy!
